Actually, this photo is missing some of his extra suppliments. Dan has discovered that he should limit the number of pills he puts into his mouth at one time(10 is one too many)...just ask him about it!~L
hi leah and dan- i hate to interject when you definitely seem to have a system, but having been in your shoes, sometimes more information is helpful(sometimes not :)). also, i don't know how to make this private, otherwise i would have. looking at the picture, i see aleve, and obviously we're all different, but i was told to stay away from anything but tylenol, because of the potential for bleeding (brain and otherwise). reading up on aleve, maybe my docs are a bit conservative, but oddly, the tylenol is the one thing they all seem to agree on--ha! esp. since being treated for GBM. of course, some people can't tolerate tylenol either, for other reasons, but i just thought to share, and at the very least, am curious as to what your docs said to you about these OTC meds. one last thing--to answer leah's question, i always closed my eyes during radiation, but definitely smelled something with every dose. oddly, i never asked what it was--probably just focused on leaving. all that aside, you've been in my thoughts and prayers since we spoke. i hope things get easier as the days pass. if i can help, i am here. oh--if pepcid fails you, nexium is a good one! thinking of you, alexis (alexismorgansaunders@yahoo.com)
Welcome. To comment on our Posts, click the word "comments" after a post (ex. 1 comments), type your entry and select "other" from the options. There's a space for your name. Ignore the website space. We love comments.
For a current/relevant response, submit a comment at the end of a post and check back later. Thanks.
Sign the guestbook as many times as you like. It's easy. If you want to give us a phone number or an e-mail address, please mark your comment as a "private post" in the guestbook and it will be hidden.
If you would like to insert a picture into a comment or guestbook entry you will need to use a bit of HTML. To post an image in your comment, insert the following HTML code without the spaces after and before the brackets,
< src="URLfilename.extension">
Your picture needs to appear on another website, such as snapfish. If you right click on web pictures and look at their properties you can copy the URLfilename.extension and drop them into the HTML code above.
It's easier than it seems. Try to link to smaller pictures if possible.
